Swipaholic Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the mobile application “Swipaholic” (the “App”).

2. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Identifier (Random UUID)
  A randomly generated UUID created within the app for leaderboard functionality. It is not linked to Apple ID or any device-specific identifier.
• Game Data (Level, Score, Play Days)
  This data may be sent to the server for leaderboard display.
• Nickname
  A name optionally set by the user for leaderboard display.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number
• Location information
• Contacts, photos, or other data stored on the user’s device

3. Advertising

The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for advertising purposes.

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request permission for tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

4. Data Storage

Leaderboard data is stored using Supabase, a cloud database service. Appropriate security measures are implemented to protect stored data.

5. Purpose of Data Use

The collected data is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing leaderboard functionality
• Saving game progress
• Displaying advertisements

6. Sharing with Third Parties

Collected data is not shared with third parties, except for advertising services such as Google AdMob.

7. Data Deletion

Users can delete local game data using the “Data Reset” feature within the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
